Supportive Housing Services

Permanent Supportive Housing

CAMG provides affordable, shared housing for single adults and families who are literally homeless and living with a permanent disability, with a special focus on individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.

Located in scattered-site townhomes and single-family homes throughout the City of Virginia Beach, CAMG offers 91 furnished beds across 30 homes - creating safe, stable environments where residents can rebuild their lives.

HUD 811 PRAC HOUSING

Supporting Independent Living for Adults with Disabilities

The HUD 811 PRAC Rental Assistance (PRAC) Program helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible by offering affordable community-based housing paired with access to supportive services.

Residential Program

Our Residential Program provides small group living in fully staffed, single family homes where 3-4 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live together. Each home is tailored to meet the unique needs of its residents. Referrals and placements are coordinated through Community Alternatives. Inc.

We may be required to collect some personal information by law or by organizations that give us money to operate this program. Other personal information that we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services for homeless persons, and to better understand the needs of homeless persons. We only collect information that we consider to be appropriate.

The collection and use of all personal information is guided by strict standards of confidentiality. A copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available to all Clients upon request

We will not deny client services based on inability to pay or an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation. Your privacy is important to us and will be protected.
