Housing Opportunity

A Property Management Company providing temporary and permanent housing for adults and families with disabilities and those who may be experiencing homelessness.

Section 811 PRAC

These programs provide qualified persons with rental rates that are below market, ensuring that individuals and families are not rent-burdened.

These properties are shared group homes located in residential communities throughout the Hampton Roads area. This means that each tenant has one bedroom, but everything else is shared with other people in the house (kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, living room, exterior, etc.). Homes have 3 to 5 units. There are income limits set by HUD as well as the applicant must meet the definition of disability (chronic mental or developmental disability) for eligibility.

For more information call  (757) 352- 2606.

Group Homes

Provide small group home living in a single family home environment where 3 – 5 individuals share a living space. The homes are fully staffed according to the needs of each individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
